Canada is a very strong performer on the Connectivity Scorecard, achieving a rank of 4th, and a score of 6.56. Like its North American neighbor, the U.S., Canada scores highest on the ‘business infrastructure’ side, as it puts in a strong performance in PC penetration and business data access lines per 1,000 inhabitants - just a little below the U.S. levels of performance. Canada’s performance on business usage and skills is somewhat more uneven. In common with the U.S., it does not appear to score well on measures of IP telephony revenues, but is the top scorer on web-hosting revenue per capita.
